1. What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to London. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us.

2. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 1-2 working days. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

3. What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders over £50. Orders under that amount will have a flat delivery fee of £5.

4. Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day/next-day delivery in selected areas. Please check availability at checkout.

5. What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

If no one is available to receive your order, we’ll leave it in a safe place and contact you directly. You can also leave delivery instructions at checkout.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

7. What household essentials do you stock?

We stock a wide range of items including cleaning supplies, toiletries, pantry staples, and more. You can browse our full range on the website.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sam@moakits.com. Changes may not be possible once the order is processed.

9. What is your returns policy?

We only accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty. Please report any issues within 7 days by emailing sam@moakits.com. See our Returns Policy for more details.
